Abstract for Presentation

Wafer-scale MoS2 for advanced electronics

In the past decade, 2D semiconductors are an emergent family of new materials that are intensely investigated. Such materials are naturally thin, flexible, and transparent, offering great promise in various electronic applications. In this talk, I will introduce our recent progress on wafer-scale epitaxy of intrinsic and doped high-quality 2D semiconductor of MoS2;  demonstration of large scale flexible devices based on wafer-scale MoS2; and vertical assembly of different 2D layers for 3D integration.
