Abstract for Presentation
Flexible Sensors with Low-dimensional Nanostructures
With large surface area, ultrathin thickness, special geometry and quantum effect, low-dimensional nanostructures are thought to be excellent candidates for high-performance flexible sensors. In this talk, I will briefly introduce our recent work on fabricating flexible sensors with low-dimensional nanostructures as the sensing elements. Flexible photodetectors, flexible electronic skins and some integrated sensing systems will be discussed.
A high-accuracy real-time intelligent material perception system with a machine learning-motivated pressure-sensitive electronic skin, Matter, 2022, in press.
Flexible artificial optoelectronic synapse based on lead-free metal halide nanocrystals for neuromorphic computing and color recognition, Advanced Functional Materials, 2022, in press.
