All the attendees, including chairpersons, committee members, online or onsite invited/oral/ poster presenting authors, co-authors and committee members, must register online.

Registration Fees for  participants:

    1. FULL RATE
        - Register before July 15th, 2026: 360 USD (or 2400 RMB)
        - Register by July 16th, 2026 or later: 450 USD (or 3000 RMB)
    2. STUDENT RATE
        - Register before July 15th, 2026: 240 USD (or 1600 RMB)
        - Register by July 16th, 2026 or later: 300 USD (or 2000 RMB)

For register online, your registration will only be finalized once ICANS31 has received your payment.

Cancellation
    In order to receive a refund, cancellation requests must be in writing and sent before July 31st, which will cause a $20 processing fee. No refunds will be issued on requests postmarked after July 31st.

    In case the ICANS31 conference is cancelled, the conference attendees will be entitled to claim the reimbursement of the registration fees.
