Abstract Submission

You are invited to submit an abstract for presentation at the ICANS31. Please provide one page abstract as in the template, which will be used to compile to the book of abstracts. Accepted paper will be published in journals including Nanotechnoloay, Superlattice, Journal of semiconductors, Silicon. You may request either an oral presentation or a poster. The abstract of this conference can only be submitted online in PDF format, the maximum size is 3M. Please comply with the deadline regarding the abstract submission. The abstracts can be revised after submission; however, after the submission deadline, authors cannot make changes to the submitted abstracts.
